replacing aluminum window side springs

My double hung aluminum window popped out of its track. How do i get it back in ? There are the springs on each side. but it seems like there isnt enough room to clear the side tracks to get the window back where it belongs . Any suggestions would be great.

You say there are springs on the sides... is there a string and clip attached to the spring? And are the springs inside a 3 sided metal sleeve, with the spring being visible on the 4th side, which is the back of the sleeve?

I've replied to your private message with some directions of how to get the window sash back in. Hopefully it will help you out.
