Help--question on doors

WE ABVIOUSLY NEED A HEADER FOR A FRONT ENTRY DOOR,the header is the width of the door?
what about an interior door such as a bathroom or bedroom door;do they need a header as well?
thank you guys...

Wall openings need to be headered. The size of the header is determined by the span of the opening and the location of the wall. The header length is the size of the RO plus the thickness of the jack studs.
