Repairing Existing Out-of-track Pocket Door

I have an existing pocket door where the sliding wheels (both front and back slider hardware) have come out of the track. Each appear to have two plastic wheels that fit up in the track. There is not enough room to lift the door high enough to get the wheels back in the track. I can see a phillips head skrew facing down that can be loosened.

What do I need to do to get both the front and back slider wheels back up in the track??

Thanks so much!

To do work on a pocket door usually requires removing some of the trim at the top. One side gives access, one does not, you have to figure out which is which.
