Glass Block Sealant vs Grouted Joints

I am planning on installing several glass block windows in my basement to replace the glass leuvered that are there currently. Durring my research I came accross the option to complete the task using sealant or grout for the joints. My question is what are the pros/cons to both options? Upon first glance the sealant option looks quicker and easier but does that mean it's not the best option for a quality done job? Please post any advice on the subject.

Welcome to the forums! Personally I like the look of the grouted lines. However, I always seal the edges with a silicone type sealant, so I guess you have the best of both worlds.
