Bad News For Opener
You have a limited time of life in your opener, I to have done all what you have but in the end it ended up being that it is telling you it is terminal and is not going to last long. DO NOT PUT ANY MONEY IN THIS OPENER! purchase a new one, just telling what I know from my problems.
