Window caulking question----
what is the best caulk to use when istalling windows?
someone said OSI QUAD. is that only for exterior or could that same OSI QUAD be used for interior as well?
is see some of these marketed as silicon and some as just caulk, is it the same thing?

I like a siliconized latex, that will not harden, but is paintable if needed. I think the OSI is an oil based product that hardens, may be wrong on that one though.
