use interior door on exterior?
I'm building a log cabin shed which will have about a 4 foot overhang over the door. I want to install a 15 lite all-wood single french door for the entrance. The only door I seem to be able to find to fit my wish is an interior door. Because its a shed, I'm not worried about the thermal properties of the door. Just wondering if I stain and seal it well, will it fall apart due to the moisture?

If its actually solid wood, not a veneer over wood ...you may get away with it. But don't expect it to last forever.
The glues and fasteners are not designed for exterior use. Temperature changes can cause joints to seperate.

Be certain to use marine grade polyurethane or spar varnish. If you stain it also be sure to use a stain that specifically states it is for exterior use.The marine varnishes or old time spar varnish are the most durable coatings for exterior use so if any coating will help this door survive it will be those.

There shouldn't be too big of a problem using an interior wiping stain as long as it is covered with several coats of spar varnish/urathane.
If you paint - use oil base. If you do use latex, apply 2 coats of oil base primer first!
Don't forget to paint all 6 sides/edges of the door. You don't want the door to obsorb any moisture.
As long as the door stays painted well, it should last but if the paint/poly gets neglected, the door won't be able to take it near as well as an exterior door.
