Need advice from expert screen builders

I've completed making/installing solar screens on all my east/west and other windows getting alot of sunlight. DFW area gets hot and this has helped quite a bit to keep the heat out of the house. Anyway, I don't want to pay $50+ each for 2 arched windows. Any other way to do this than with a heat gun or torch to heat and bend frame? Beer 4U2

$50..00 each is not a bad price. Arched screens are made using extruded aluminum screen frame that is drawn through rollers that bends it to shape. It's not something for the DIY.

Airplane Hanger Doors?

Does anybody have a source and maybe a ballpark price for these bi-fold style doors? [IMG]http://logicalhomes.com/1/images/stories/LogicalImageMaster/1.Launch_home_images/Renderings/CATALAN_3210_BACK-800w.jpg[/IMG] I'm trying to find a smaller size than the 30' airplane hanger doors and of course would like windows. Is there any off-the-shelf manufacturers of this? Anybody here done this before?

Garage Door Gap

Looking for help here on how to fix this without another service call.... I have a garage door that has a gap on one side. This happened before when one of the cables connecting the torsion spring broke. A service call fixed that, door closed flat. Now about 3 months later, gap again, springs and cables are still intact. The floor is level, and you can see the door is out of skew at the top of the door (same side) as the bottom. What can I do instead of yet another service call, and $150 out pf my pocket?
