How to remove door with spring hinge
Hello,
I need to replace the rubber sweep at the bottom of my service door (inside entry door from attached garage to the house). The door has spring hinges. How do I remove the door? Do i just unscrew the door from the frame? I've removed door with regular hinge by removing the big screw from the hinge but the spring hinge doesn't seem to have a screw (that I can just pull out).
Any suggestions you may have are very much appreciated. Thanks.

Depending of the type of hinge..you may be able to loosen the tension on it. Some use an allen to remove tension and a small pin to hold it as you reposition the allen. Check the top and bottom for an opening.
Spring hinges don't have a hinge pin that can be removed.
Sometimes I've found it's pretty easy to just unscrew the hinges from the frame and remove them with the door. Are all the hinges spring hinges? Many times its just one. Then its very simple to first attach the 2 regular hinges..then the spring hinge last.
