Hydraulic Door closers

Is there any way to replace the Hydraulic Fuel that has leaked out of the door closer?

Not in any that I'm familiar with. When a seal goes bad, you usually replace the unit.

kcdavis,

few things, weres the leak coming from and how old is closer and what brand is it??? reason i ask, many are still rebuildable.

as for the fluid your seeing, thast not fuel, its just an inert light grade hyduralic oil that dampens the door action
