Replacing Weatherstrips-But can't find them

I need to replace the weatherstrips on my double hung windows because they are not tight anymore, but I am not able to find the right ones.

I also need some advice on how I can tight my entry door.
The door is not tighten enough on the deadbolts. There is always a gap and therefore there is a draft.

Thank you for your help.

Windows? Need to know brand and have a good look at the stripping to tell.
As far as your door, set the striker plate for the latch back in the frame a little, maybe 1/8 to 3/16". Once you have carved it out, set it with one screw only to see if it is tighter. If so, install the final screw. If it throws the dead bolts off, then you'll need to move them, too, but sometimes there's enough slack.

Looks like a standard MW window, which is probably available at big box stores or lumber yards. Where is the cold air leaking in at? For the most part these puppies self seal. Have the feather strips fallen out, or what? Raise the window slightly, release the side locks and lay the window in like you were going to clean it. Are the seals still intact? Picture that for us.

Here are the pictures. When I use a incense stick and go around the strip I can see the smoke drifting. So I think the strips must be worn out. There is also a little gap between the frame and wall, but I don't think it is leaking there because it is only on the movable bottom window and not the top one.
