Water in Block Windows

I have one block window (which I believe is actually plastic, not glass) in the bathroom. Two of the blocks are developing condensation and water inside of them. Any ideas on how to repair or replace these two? Can't seem to find any leaks or gaps in the frame.

No way to really repair them. IIRC plastic block is made in 2 halves and glued/siliconed together. Eventually those seals can fail. You probably have condensation in between the 2 halves....just like a double pane window where the seals fail.

The windows are manufactured much the same way (glued together), with a perimeter frame for mounting. I highly doubt you can replace just 1 or 2 blocks.
