Repairing Shower Door Handle

I took apart the door to my glass door shower because it was becoming loose. It looks like this:

One end of the handle has two screws sticking out and the other side has a thread. I'm able put one side through the door, spin one side with the thread, but then the other side of the handle isn't screwed in.

Any help on how to fix this? The only "screw" holes are two little Allen key holes that tighten and keep the screw straight, but they do nothing to make the screw go in or out.

I would assume that the allen screws are loosened so that the two halves come apart. The threaded part of the screw is turned into the threads (maybe add locktite to prevent it from ever turning again, since it shouldn't need to turn) and then the two halves are PUSHED together until they are snug. Then the allen screws are tightened to keep the two halves together.

But that's just a guess. You didn't say which half the allen screws are in.

The allen wrench parts are on the sides with the screws. They tighten to push up against the screw to tighten it/making them straight or wobbly.
