Unhappy Remove old paint from aluminum window frames

Hi - I have old aluminum frame windows on my house. Some over achieving painter overpainted the wall and got paint on the aluminum frame. Is there any way to get the paint off?
I've tried steel wool and scraping. Any other ideas?
As always, Thanks for any help.

Try a heat gun on the paint.

If it's latex paint you could also use products like 'goof off' or 'oops' to remove the paint.
