Unhappy Double pane window mullions between panes need replacing

I have unknown brand double pane windows with plastic (I think) horizontal mullions between the panes. Some of the windows have mullions that have come loose on one side and dropped down and are hanging at an angle inside the window. I looked to see if there are any screws or fasteners in the frame to disassemble the window but saw nothing obvious. Anyone know how to get at these plastic strips captured between the panes?

The aluminum grids are sealed between the two panes of glass. (an insulating glass unit, or IGU). You would need to replace the IGU of you would like that repaired. You can have that done by a glass house (look in yellow pages under glass). If you don't know the window brand, that seems to be your only option.
