Getting a different style of door on the interior portion of the front door.

Hi. I am replacing a front door. I want to have a 6 panel design on the outside part of the front door, but I want a different design on the interior portion of the door. I have called around, but I cannot find a company that does this. Anybody out there know how to do this?

Years ago they used to tack moldings on flat doors to dress them up so I suppose that could be an option. Other than that, I've never seen a door with different designs on the opposite sides.

Never saw a company that would do that....well...yes I have.

They also had more complaints than any door company I ever saw.

I don't think it's a reasonable plan myself. Even if you find one...the quality and service might be really bad.

I believe Formanek doors are one brand. They have a steel skin on one side and real wood on the other. Don't know much about them, other than there is a dealer/mfg in a rural area a few miles from here.
