I have the old "hide a way" door in my master bath. The rollers have come off track and the door is stuck inside the wall. Is there a way to pull it open and repair the track/coasters without cutting the wall?

I have the old time windows where you have the handle and turn the handle and the window opens, recently my handles broke on some of my windows, on one of my windows the handle broke and the window will not open at all, can you tell me a way I can fix these handles on my windows or do you have some easy instructions I can follow that will help me to repair these handle so I can get my windows to open again..
