Which comes first - Doors or Floor

This could be an easy one but I am hearing "different" solutions

We are going to replace our vinyl floor (entrance foyer) and is on a concrete slab, with porcelin tile. (Lower Level Split Level home)
We are also going to replace a new front door, steel fire security door leading to garage and a basement access door, all of which open on to the concrete slab.

Which job gets done first, lay the floor then the doors, OR replace the doors and then lay the tile. Floor contractor says install the doors 1st and the door contractor says to install the floor. Whats the correct approach.

Your suggestion would be most welcome. Thanks

I'd install the door first but make sure that the door [and threshold] are high enough so the bottom of the door doesn't scrape the floor..... but either way should be fine.

I would have done the floor first so the increased height could be taken into account when installing the doors.
