Therma Tru door adjustable threshhold replacement
Is anyone familiar with Therma Tru doors with the simulated wood adjustable threshold? Fork truck was moving something into the house and caught the adjustable threshold. Broke off both the vertically adjustable "saddle" and tore out the nosing in front of that on the interior as well. The simulated wood composite nosing appears to extend under the aluminum threshold so it looks like I might need to replace the entire threshold, aluminum and all!
Is anyone familiar with repairing and/or replacing these on Therma Tru?
Thanks!

I know that you can order those with rot resistant thresholds. I would assume that the same metal is used and a different insert is applied. My memory is failing me as it has been a few years since I put in a therma tru door and I'm not picturing the threshold. But if interchangable, you could pull the door, Repair and reinstall.

Yes I did find these diagrams but they don't really help. The part labeled "nosing" appears to be extend underneath and permanently bonded the aluminum threshold. I don't see any way to replace these parts without removing the door and replacing the entire assembly.
