Missing Exterior Caulking

Hi,

In the images attached below, you will see that caulking is missing between the exterior concrete sill and the window. You will also see that there is one area in the concrete that dips.

Three questions:
a) Should I use chaulking to fill in the hole where the metal reinforcement?
b) In general, what caulking would you recommend I use?
c) Should I be concerned about the metal reinforcement that is exposed towards the front of the concrete sill.

Thanks in advance.

I'd probably use a clear acrylic latex caulk - it goes on milky but dries clear with a little bit of sheen.

I assume the sill is a manufactured stone. The exposed wire is part of what holds it together. I suppose you could mix up some mortar to cover it but I don't know how/if you could get the color close enough for the repair to not be unsightly.

Alex 230, but all the old caulking needs to be removed first.
