Need new interior doors but can't find

I have a house and also a duplex that needs some new interior doors since a few have large holes punched in them. They are about 15 years old. I can't find anything even close to them. They are just your cheap, flat, fake wood pattern in a light finish color. All I can find is either white raised 7 panel doors or unfinished wood veneer. I don't want to spend the time finishing the cheap wood veneer doors, I just want the cheap wood print style doors. Did they stop making natural wood finish doors? (no, I don't want the high end interior doors that are $200 a piece). This is for a rental and I also don't want to change all the doors in the unit just because 2 of them are bad. Can anybody point me to a store or website that may sell these? I just need the door and no the jamb but I will take them prehung if that's the only way they come.

six panel doors will come in white Premdor/Masonite or solid pine, that's about it. Other than a flat luan faced hollow core (about $85), the doors aren't going to be cheap, as the solid pine are running about $145 - 200

It sounds a little like the prefinished masonite doors that were popular in the 80's - 90's. I don't know if they still sell them. Pics would let us know for sure what you have - http://www.doityourself.com/forum/el...-pictures.html

Is it feasible to sway doors out so while they might not match, you'd have matching doors at opposing ends of the house.

Hi, You want cheap and easy? I used to repair my own units. I had doors that had a finish like wood paneling. When a tenant punched a hole in the door, I patched the hole. Try to do that well or it will show. Then I covered the whole side of the door with shelf paper that had a wood pattern. It took two rolls they are 18" and the door was 30". It looked pretty good.
Good Luck Woodbutcher
