Window leaking?

Hello.

I just had Wasco install a new bay window at my home. It's on the North side of the home.

Does it look like cold air is leaking in at the corners? And do you think the trim should be replaced around the glass? It's cardinal lowE 180 glass.

Thanks for your input

Looks like there may be air leaks around the outside's of the window.
Why would you want to replace the trim?

Since you say it was just installed, I would be calling the company. If the condensate is inside the glass, the glass was not properly sealed at the factory. If the condensate is outside the glass, the window was not installed and sealed properly by the installer. Either way, have them come back and check it out.

Thanks for the feedback. Just a heads up, they just replaced the glass, but the condensation is not forming in the glass, but in the inside living space, except for the lower corners where you can see in the pictures.

I know condensation is normal in the living space, especially when it's very cold outside, my issue are the corners where there is no condensation. This is where I think air from the outside is leaking in.

None of my other windows leak like this, which is what lead me to think I had a problem with cold air leaking past the glass into my living space.

What could they do to fix this?

Thanks again
Adam

I was talking about the trim that surrounds the piece of glass. One, the edges are not square as you can see from. The picture, and it drives me kinda nuts, especially given the fact I spent a lot of money on this window.

But the biggest reason was because I thought it was the reason air was leaking from the outside to the living space.

Where these new construction or replacement windows?
Most of the air sealing is done on the outside or on the back side of the windows.

this was a replacement window...It's a bay, and only the center window seems to have an issue with air leakage around the corners of the glass.

Thanks,
Adam
