Help!!! How to frame a piece of glass in a wall

I am currently building a recording studio in a detached garage. I have a few walls already framed; However, I am stuck when it comes to the window. Now, I see many videos and guides on framing a regular window... but this is just a piece of glass that I am putting in the wall. The glass is about 3'x4' and it's 3/4 of an inch thick. So it is extremely HEAVY. My concern is how to support the weight and secure it in the wall so that it doesn't fall out to either side. I know it's a simple question, but my concern is that I am not installing a window that I bought at Home Depot.. this is just glass. If anyone can share a link to instructions or a video, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!

Is this all going to be inside a building. (not an exterior window)
You frame an opening in the wall making sure it's 1-3/4 bigger then the glass.
Drywall the wall, cutting out the opening after the drywall is up.
Add 1X wood ripped to 4-9/16" sand the rip and round over the to top edges.
Add the jambs to the bottom, top, then the two sides in that order. The two sides help hold up the top piece.
Now mark the jamb 3/8" back from the center and install 1/4 round as a frame for the window.
Install the glass then add the 1/4 round to the other side to hold it in place.

You could substitute door stop or even 1xs for the 1/4 round depending on how you want it to look or the materials you have on hand.

This not exactly your project but it will help you. Fixed Transom Installation Instructions

Are you using 3/4" solid glass or a 3/4" double pane glass unit? If I remember, the glass in sound studios is installed on angle from top to bottom. Check it out.
