Exclamation Remove and replace broken screen/panel clips on a storm window

The rotating plastic clips which hold the storm window to the frame are cracking and breaking off. Ive tried removing the lil *******s, but I can't seem to get them removed. The wind has been awful in Nebraska, and it's pushing my windows out, causing more clips to break under the stress. Can someone please describe to me how to remove and replace these things? Tools I would need? etc?

No one seems to know what clips you mean. Can you post some pics?

If you can't find them here...you may have to cobble up something that will work. https://www.aaascreen.com/aaaFolder/...-Section-L.pdf

Without a photo it's impossible to help you. Most plastic clips on screens are installed with rivets. Check the link that Gunguy45 posted.
