inside window isolation?? HELP!

Hello, I have a place that used to be a shop, and now I use it as my studio, but the problem is every bit of outside walls are covered in glass panels (ex shop windows). I am wondering, can I put 3cm of styropor on the bare windows from the inside to keep the place warmer during the winter/colder during summer or should I be looking at other options? My fear is that if I put styropor, it will get mouldy on the window-styropor connection.

If you live in an area where there are extreme temperatures, which is most of the country, I wouldn't expect much, form Styropor. How much of a difference in temps do you want?

It could create other problems like the glass surface getting too hot and cracking. Check with the manufacturer of the product first.
