Repairing/replacing small sliding windows in the basement

I have several small sliding windows in my basement. They've got two panes, one static, the other slides, and both panes are 14x14 inches. Is there a way to remove the glass so that I can replace it?

Probably - all of ours do and we just change out the IGUs instead of the whole window.

Can you post some pictures of the inside and outside?
