Decorative inserts for entry door

I have double metal-clad entry doors that need repainting, but a couple of the decorative frame-like plaques are damaged. I used to be able to purchase replacements, paint paint them separately, and replace after obtaining a nice smooth paint job on the flat door surface. ButI can't seem to locate these any longer and wonder if anyone might have a source for me.

The are 2'x2' molded plastic squares, 1-1/2" wide at the base with multiple ridges rising to 1" and with a 4" radius inset at each corner. They are mounted with three clip-in pegs at 4" intervals at each side.

I haven't seen those in a long time. I know they make wood kits for dressing up flat wood doors, but that wouldn't work for you.
