Need particular hinges
My condo has doors with very particular hinges. I'm including a picture to show exactly how they're configured. As you can see, the pattern of screws in them is really odd, with the horizontal positions of the center and outer screws being inverted. They are otherwise typical, 3.5" hinges.
Does anyone know where I can find hinges like this? The door frames in my condo are all of atypical size as well, so replacing those/the doors would be prohibitively expensive. The paint on them is so old and layered, and the hinges themselves are so porous from age and rust that boiling will not get them clean, and I just want to replace the things at this point.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Google cabinet hinges, There are pages of them here is the first one I found

Screw holes look normal to me almost are that way. Since you have old hinge may have to fill holes and make new ones. Way I always fill holes is get some wooden kitchen matches a little wood glue. Put a small dab on match and stick in hole, If hole is still to big put another one in with glue.

I am unfortunately not able to make new holes. The door frames are metal, and use machined screws. To use new hinges, the new screw patterns need to match the old for that reason. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

You will want to find a building supply store that has access to a dealer who sells commercial doors. You will not find off the shelf hinges for steel framed doors. Probably also will want to order new screws as well, depending on how old they are, they may be a bear to remove. Take all your measurements with you when shopping, or better yet, take one of the hinges with you.
