Question Should I Caulk Vinyl Windows?

There seems to be draft coming in....should I draft this part of my Vinyl Windows? Gap between the wooden frame and windows.

Replacement windows?
If so there should have been caulking applied to the stop on the back side before the windows went in then expanding foam to fill any gaps around the outside of the frames to stop any air from coming in.
Yes you can caulk the small gaps and fill the larger ones with foam cording then caulk but if none of the other steps where taken the frame will still be cold and air can still get in other places.
Also need to check the caulking on the outside.

I've always caulked the gap between the window and the woodwork - makes for a neater looking job ... but as Joe said, that isn't how you make the window weather tight.
