Recommendations for good lockset for steel door to garage.

Hello,

I need to replace the knob on my steel door that goes into the garage.
That door takes a lot of abuse. People are slamming it all the time and finally the latch just broke.

The door does have a functioning deadbolt, so I don't have to replace that (although I may want to in order to match the new knob).

I'm not looking for a fancy, designer, knob; just a well made model that would hold up well. Ideally, I'd like to use the same model on the other two exterior doors in my house so I could key them the same--but that isn't essential.

Thanks in advance.

This is the only brand I use.
Entry Door Knobs, Door Locks & Hardware | Schlage
Never had an issue including the finish.
The cheap Kwicklocks all had issues with the finish.

Although I like QuickSet, for certain applications, Schlage is a good step above it. In the words of Smokey Robinson, I second the emotion.

Yeah, not the top of the line but Schlage is what I use as well.
