Making sliding door as soundproof as possible.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
I might be moving into this 3 room apartment with 2 of my friends.
We want to make the sliding door which seperates 2 of the sleeping rooms, as soundproof as we can. But it also should be removable since we will be living there only 2 years(+). It doesnt have to be beautiful because we can put Furniture in front of and behind it to hide it (,also helps soundproofing I guess).
We dont want to and need to use the door, so it can be completely blocked for 2 years.
Since we´re student we look for moneycost-efficient solutions.

Thanks in advance and sorry for bad english.

Welcome to the forums!
A heavy drape will go a long ways toward reducing sound.

Cork Rolls Archives - Bangor Cork

Something like that would be the cheapest way to go + the drape that mark suggested.

Wow thanks for the fast replies and welcoming me.
I talked about this with the landlord and its ok if I dont damage anything.
I dont know how tall or wide, but i can call the landlord and ask tomorrow.
I guess its approximately 78,7402 Inches tall and 66,9291 Inches wide.
(Measured in the metric system and convert to inches via Google Calculator.)

My Dad suggested to me to hang glass wool or stone wool in there.
Just wanted to throw his Idea in, what do you think about it?

Thank you so far guys

FYI, member is from Europe.
Heavy draperies are best, however, they'd probably have to be custom made, so not cheap, tho you could probably find used ones cheap somewhere. You'd also need to make holes in the walls to hang them. Best way would be to staple them to a 1x2 stapled to the wall, so there would be no opening at top.
If you could get some sort of board, larger than the opening (might have to connect smaller ones and I also don't know what's available over there), then get some really thick batting (at least 1/2") and staple it on both sides, that might help. Batting is also pricey however.

If looks don't mean anything you could use foam board. I assume it's available in Europe. Use 3M command strips to attach it to the frame.
