having trouble removing a slider window from a sunroom made by four seasons

I am rehabbing a house and need to replace or repair a sun-room windows and cant figure out how to remove it. I was told that i have to take the bead out thats seals it then i will be able to remove the glass. If anyone has any information please help

A picture would help. There are only about a million different kinds of windows.

Generally slider windows on 3 and 4 season rooms slide to the middle then you lift them up until the bottom clears the frame.... then you tip the bottom in and pull the top out of the frame. On that type of window the sash is probably held together with screws at the corners, and a marine glazing boot wraps around the glass. The sash probably has to be disassembled to get the glass out.

But with no picture, im just guessing.
