Need help Identifying door

I have an exterior French door that I'm assuming to be original to the house so 25-30 years old. The (rubber?) insulation piece is broken off the bottom of the part with the pins that go into the top of the jamb and threshold (I think this may be called the astragal?) So there is now a gap about an inch wide that is open to the outside between the rubber weather strips on the bottom of each door. I can not find any manufacturer labels anywhere on the door to know where to get a replacement part. I read on another thread that they are sometimes behind the middle hinge. I checks behind both the door and jamb side of the middle hinge on both doors. There are about 6 screws that hold the astragal(?) to the side of one of the doors. I took it off hoping to find a name plate on the back, but nothing there either. I am attaching some pictures in hopes that someone can identify the door or advise where to get the part. Thanks!

Looks identical to the Jeld Wen astragal on the door in this video.
