I will have all the interior walls taken down to the studs, the exterior is stucco. I have two 12" x 12" vinyl windows I want to install in the shower area higher up towards the ceiling. They windows have no nail flange, they are square and flat on the sides. When I cut the stucco I want to cut the outer part true to the window size, frame the window in. Question is best way to seal this window from the exterior environments? BTW - I will use a diamond blade on a skill saw to cut the stucco straight. Thank you.

Welcome to the forums! I assume you have the interior trim, etc. figured out, so I'll only address the exterior. Do the windows have any type of built on trim, such as brick mold, or are they simply window squares? Do you plan on trimming the exterior of the windows? The best method of sealing the exterior of windows is by using products similar to OSI Quad Max. Having only a hole cut in your stucco won't be too conducive to to a good seal unless they are trimmed and sealed properly.

I would get some nail fin that fits onto your windows. If you can't do that, then get some vinyl brickmould (like Azek) and make a picture frame that overlaps onto the window and caulk both sides of the brickmould to the window using Trimbonder epoxy. If you need more meat to attach the brickmould, wrap the windows with an Azek 1x4 or 1x6 on each side like a jamb... to make them 13 1/2" x 13 1/2".
