Pella Corporation Contacts
Do any of you have the contact information for the personnel (CEO/President, etc.) in charge of running Pella Corporation? I have tried getting it through the local Pella stores and on Facebook and (for reasons I do understand) have found no one willing to provide this information. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thanks, Pjmax. Do you know how I can find the email addresses or phone numbers for these individuals? I have tried getting it through Pella's Facebook account and all they do is refer me back to my local store which is of no help at all. Thanks.

As it has exhaustively been discussed in the thread above, your door is installed out of plumb. I will certainly not contribute to your bothering the CEO or President of a company for a problem that is in all likelihood 100% installer related. You are probably barking up the wrong tree.

Hello, XSleeper. Under normal circumstances, I would agree with you, but in this case, you do not have all of the information I have regarding my issue. My issues go beyond just the door "out of plumb". My entire project (windows, window screens, doors, and trim) did not go well and I would like to share my entire story with the upper echelon of the Pella Corp. to let them know what is working in their corporation and what is not. I have really appreciated all of your in detail contributions to my posts and have the utmost respect for you. I don't know how much experience you have with Pella, but in my area, my problems just keep being passed down the chain of command to the same people in my local office that basically have not fixed the problem. I need to somehow make someone or many "someones" aware that referring me back to the same people at the local area store is not working. At one point in your feedback to me, you asked me why I didn't contact Pella about having another contractor come out to fix my door. Well I took your advice and contacted the local Pella store and was told they use the same contractor I hired to install the door. Oh, and earlier I was told by them that my door problem was for me to correct by working through the contractor I hired since I didn't use their contractor (even though he is the same one contractor) . But, again thanks much for your input. You seem to know your stuff.

If you search thru business records you can find your answers.
However, I can't help you and especially can't post any of that here.

If you want to complain to someone about either the dealership or their service department or the factory certified installer, you will want to contact the owner or manager of that specific dealership. Corporate probably isnt going to listen or care. Put all your chips where they are going to do the most good, even if it means going back again.
Forgot to mention... they obviously have more than ONE installer. Specifically ask for a "different installer" or for one of their technicians.
