Adding door to frameless doorway (removable)

I'm wondering if there is a way to add a lockable door that is quite secure to a doorway. The house is made of brick so the doorway can take a lot of force so I was thinking of something more heavy duty than those pet gates that work on the concept of stoppers on each end and a vice that you tighten that creates friction on both ends to keep it in place. That way it could be removed when needed without any problem.

I don't know if such things exist, but basically I need to figure out a way to create a lockable door that can fit in a doorway/hallway without altering the hall or doorway substantially.

Thanks.

Welcome to the forums! Is this an external opening? It would probably help us give better advice if you posted a picture or two of the opening so we could see what you see. http://www.doityourself.com/forum/el...your-post.html
