help identifying a window balance

Hi, can somebody identify this balance. I need a replacement but don't know how to look for it.

You might start here.

Check out their 62-716 or 62-766 series. Directing your questions to their techs will be your best bet, they are familiar with what products they may have and what it out of stock. There are literally hundreds of brands and styles so dont be surprised if what you need is unavailable. Your windows are probably pushing 50 yrs old or more.

If parts are available you will want to replace them in pairs, not one side at a time, in the event the new one has more or less tension.

Thanks for the information.
Actually the house is not that old, it was build 2002 by 'Tribute Homes' in Toronto , Canada.

No brand name anywhere? Any etch on the corner of the glass or between the panes on the spacer?
