Can't really see it, it's all fuzzy. Generally weatherstripping will be captured in a t-slot. On a welded vinyl door frame, you have to cut a hole through the first layer of vinyl (on either side of the weatherstrip to create an opening in the t-slot that is about 1/4" wide, 3/4" long) at the top of the door frame. You can then get ahold of the old weatherstrip with a needlenose pliers and yank it out. You will reinstall the new weatherstripping starting at the top, then pull it down. Silicone spray or PFTE dry lube (teflon) spray will help.

It's critical you get the right size replacement so you would need to measure your old weatherstrip carefully when you order the one that will replace it.
