Trim around windows

I need to replace the wood trim extension around my windows where I have some dry rot. I stopped by Home Depot looking for the correct trim but couldn't locate it.

THe trim between the windows looks like the attached picture. while the trim on the outside edge of the windows only has the one groove.

Will I need to get these routed to my situation or can I buy them as a millwork place?

Thank you

Never seen such a thing. What does the groove do? You will no doubt need to make it.

Thanks for the quick reply. I think think the groove is for the pins in the screen. i.e. to hold them in place. I don't have the screens in right now but taking a look at a screen and window, it seems to be what it is for.

Makes sense. If the screens have pins you could drill holes. But if they are wings they need a slot.
