Tiny pocket door rollers
Hi all,
I have an older place built in 1964. They installed pocket doors which is really cool. Unfortunately the rollers broke. I'm trying to get replacements but the 7/8 ones that are currently available are too tall and too wide. Any idea what the right size might be and more important, where to find them?

There is not much point in our guessing when we can't see your exact hardware. Try posting a picture of it and we might have a better chance.

This is just a guess based on your photo and explanation. They say the original Laurence part is not available and to use this instead.
Rather than posting a picture of a part that you "think" matches, it would be good to take another door down and give us a photo of the actual part.

You likely need to remove the casing and the stop on one side of the door opposite the latch. You can then swing the bottom of the door into the room and lift up on it. And the stop you take off and the direction you swing the bottom is the same... it is based on whichever way the channel is facing. ] or [
] with door fully open and facing it, remove stop on the right and then open the door, swing the bottom -> and lift up.
Or...
[ with door fully open and facing it, remove stop on the left and then open the door, swing the bottom <- and lift up.
This tips the top of the wheel toward the open side of the track so that you can lift it off.
If looking at the top of your door and it looks like your picture in post #4, if the bracket was on the door as pictured, you would be pulling the bottom of that door toward you in order to lift it up and off.
