Windowed Sunroom Climate Control

Hello all, we have this older sunroom few years ago we ripped out the carpet and installed some tile flooring, made it kind of like its own apartment, I want to be able to put a computer and TV some other electronics but there is no climate control what so ever in there besides a ceiling fan and big slider windows. Whats the best way to add some kind of climate control to the room without completely replacing the windows and bringing in the HVAC from the house, on a budget, do insulated blinds and portable heating/cooling systems work well?

Some pictures (pardon the mess

I would probably suggest you get a wall unit and mount it below the windows in the gable end. These are the same sort of ac/heat units you would find in old motel rooms. You would probably need an electrician to run you a new circuit to it.

Another option is a mini split heat pump.
