Sticking sliding door

A sliding door, that is hung from the top keeps sticking on the floor, making it hard to open and close. I have tried turning the nuts that you can see in the picture, but they don't seem to make any difference. Is there a way to adjust the door to increase the clearance without reinstalling the hardware? If there is, how can I do it?

Do you see the double nut? Put your wrench on the top nut (of the double nut) and turn it into the door tighter. Be sure it's turning the bolt... not just turning the nuts. If the nuts turn, they aren't locked together... and you would need to tighten the double nuts together first using two wrenches to tighten them together. Then adjust the door higher by turning the top nut counterclockwise. (Left) To lower the door you put your wrench on the bottom double nut and turn it clockwise. (Right)
