New patio door leaks

I waited over 3 months for a new patio door. It was installed by a long established, well reviewed company last week. Today we had rain that was blowing directly on the door. The door is leaking from the lower right seam (basically where 2 of the 4 pieces of framing around the door meet at the glass).

Obviously, I will be contacting them. I want a new door. My question is, is that reasonable? I really don't think they should be allowed just to caulk a defective brand new door.

I can clearly see where the water is seeping in and it seems to have nothing to do with the install.

The door is likely covered by a warranty if it was professionally installed. You'd have to check your documentation. If it's a manufacturing defect then I would also expect a new door. Hopefully the warranty covers the cost of the removal and re installation.
