door cutting questions

I'm replacing the interior doors in my house. I bought 6 panel pine slab doors. The closet doors slabs measure 24" each. My closet measured 46.5" I know I need to cut the doors but how much play should I give? Same thing with the bedroom doors. the opening is 29.5" I have a 30" slab. Just looking for the normal rule here. Do I provide like 1/8" or a 1/4" of play on each side? ThanksRead More

Where can I find these style storm door handles

Hi all, The handles on my storm door took a turn for the worse during the really cold weather - and are stripped. I went out shopping for new handles at Home Depot and Lowes, and found that there were no similar handles, and the ones that were similar looking required the internal mechanism - which our current ones do not. If anyone has seen similar models, or know of other stores that might, I would really appreciate it. Here are a few pictures showing the model I have.
