Rough dimensions for slab door

Hi,
I am putting in a bathroom in a tight space in my basement, because of limited space, I need to use a slab that is not pre-hung. I want the door to be 24 but Im not sure about the rough dimensions as I am about to frame. I will build the jam with 1x stock, so for a 24 width, do I make the rough opening 26? The door height will be 74, a 75 rough height sound right?
Pretty basic question but I want to make sure!
Thanks.

26" would be perfect assuming you get the rough opening within +/- 1/4" of plumb. 75" also gives you +/- 1/4" of level.
