Basement Window Replacement

Hello all. I am getting ready to replace a couple of basement windows that were put in, I believe, when the foundation was poured. I replaced 2 of these windows in our basement about 2 years ago. When doing it then, I had to grind down about an inch of concrete from the bottom and an inch or so from the side.

Doing this again, to the other 2 old windows, I am trying to avoid having to grind so much concrete. Below are pictures of the current windows and a link to the new windows I am looking at.

Is that the best case I will get? We got a couple of quotes for custom sized windows but I'm not sure it's worth it when they come out to be double or almost triple the cost of the window below. The only pro there is, no grinding.
