Sliding Glass Door Falling Off Track

My exterior sliding glass door keeps falling off the track and I can't figure out how to tighten it up. If you open the door it seems to fall 'down' off the rail causing a scrapping sound. I am able to hold the door by the sides and physically pick it up back onto the track but it keeps happening. I've attached pictures for reference.

You may get away with just adjusting the rollers up some on the bottom of the door, but I'd be backing off the adjustment screws and removing the whole door and laying it flat on an old blanket (so it does not get scratched up) so I could check the rollers on the bottom and clean out the track.

Rollers are probably worn or broken allowing it to fall. Either they will be a simple item to replace or something they dont make any more, wont know till you look!

A good glass shop will be best bet to locate parts!

You can most likely replace the rollers or slides your self. Go to SWISCO.COM

I'll try the adjustments to see if that works. Am I simply tightening the bolts on the bottom rail?
