Commercial Door Sagging

We're having a problem at our office where our metal door is rubbing on the aluminum frame on the latch side. It has been getting increasingly worse over the past few weeks, and I'm concerned it might reach a point where I cannot close the door. I've tightened all the screws I could find near the top of the frame, but it doesn't seem to be making a difference, and there aren't any visible hinges to adjust. Is this something I should leave to a professional? Sorry for the cobwebs in the photo... 😬

I agree. The handyman can't do to much to doors of that type. You need the proper tools, knowledge and parts.
