How to correct Curio Cabinet door that seems to be binding

I am using non mortise hinges to attach 2' x 4' overlay door to curio cabinet. The hinges are attached to the top rail. All seem fine until I installed cabinet on the wall. The bottom of the cabinet door will not close completely unless gently forced. I have bored out each of the screw holes in the hinge assuring flush screw hole after reinstalling. Problem remains. Any other ideas?

Not really enough information to answer. Maybe if we could see the hinges on top that would help explain what the problem is.
