How to finish framing flush inside windows in studded basement wall?

Hello. We have purchased a home that has an unfinished basement. All the walls are cinderblock expect the outside walls. The outside walls have windows, studs, and insulation already installed. The windows are flush with the studs. My question is how can we finish the framing of these windows?

You'd need to extend the framing from the window to the edge of the wall creating a return. Pics would help us better understand what you have and need to do How to insert pictures.
